- To begin with, click on DESIGNERS MEN, WOMEN OR ACCESSORIES link depending on what you desire. You can also shop by browsing through list of designers.
- Once you have found an item, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button below each item.
- Review the items selected in your shopping bag by clicking the 'WISH LIST’ link at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your SHOPPING CART- Click on 'CHECK OUT’ and Voila! Your order is complete.

We will send you an email confirming your shipping details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are a registered user with LaSosta, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

For Indian shoppers, displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. But in case of international customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. No, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. In case you would like to add items, need to place a new order.

Yes, as we require proof of delivery for all orders owing to the high value of the goods that we sell. In other words, we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.

Unfortunately, La Sosta only ships your product to a single address. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will have to place separate orders for each address. For placing corporate orders, please write to customercare@lasostashop.com and they will address all your queries.

All products are sold as per an international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your actual size, all you have to do is to click on the 'size conversion chart' link, which you will find on every product page. While we have made every effort to display each colour as accurately as possible on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be of matching accuracy, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

All items are running unless categorized as ‘SOLD OUT’ OR ‘OUT OF STOCK’. Please be aware that even while an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order and paid for the chosen piece. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email customercare@lasostashop.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item (for this you have to be a registered user).

Yes, we insure all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from La Sosta to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If In case your box is damaged upon arrival, we suggest that you either return the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

After you place the order, you will be sent an email of acknowledgment email confirming that we have received the order, your card will only be debited at the time of order. If perchance any of the items you have ordered cannot be manufactured will contact you by email and refund the amount immediately, no compensation to be entertained for such refunds.

We at LaSosta will try our best to ensure that there are no disputes but in case such a situation arises, disputes are subjected to the Panipat Jurisdiction and of no other. While making an online purchase, the customer enters into an exclusive agreement that all the disputes are subjected to Panipat Courts/Forums and of no other. There would be no jurisdiction of the city even where the cause of the dispute arises as disputes are subjected only to Panipat Jurisdiction.
