What is a cutoff shirt?

Cutoff t-shirts are perfect for showing off your muscles at the gym or while exercising outside. They are also quite comfortable. Simple supplies are required: an old t-shirt that you wish to rip up, a pair of scissors, and something to indicate your cuts on the t-shirt (such as chalk or a pen).
